Isabel Bacardit arreives to Brazil in 1990, after sailing for 25 days from the Canary Isles. For it she got as cook in a small sailboat of French flag.
She leaves the ship in the island "Fernando de Noronha", an authentic paradise according to her words. The life with the inhabitants of the island, the beach, the horses, the flowers and the coco-palms make her feel as Gauguin in Tahiti.
The drawings that appear in this page correspondto small sketches of a series of erotic drawings that she made during her brief stay in Rio de Janeiro before travelling to Salvador de Bahia. The series were exposed in the Fine Arts University of Salvador de Bahia
